Many thanks to the University of Washington School of Dentistry, especially Dr. John Townsend, for awarding me the Affiliate in Medical\/Dental Practice<\/em>.  It is an incredible honor to be granted this affiliation. Over the past 20 years I have had an ongoing relationship with the Graduate Prosthodontic Program.
